The staff here are all brilliant and so supportive. They have treated my two cocker spaniels for a number of issues over the years and I can always rely on their professionalism.
Vet doctors are good but the company itself - big NO. Extortionate! Prescribed a ear drop for my dog for 45 £ when it actually costs 10 online (did not give the option to get it online). This shows the real intention of the business - they are not there to treat pets, but to make as much money as possible, even if that means asking embarrassingly a fourfold charge of a medication. Just disgusted by the approach alone - changing the vet and bearing this in mind for future.
Have found the care provided at this clinic to be excellent. One of our cats has been poorly recently and I have been very impressed by how quickly I have been able to speak to staff and get her in to be seen by the vets or to have a callback from the vet to ask questions. Both the vets she has seen have been so knowledgeable and showed genuine care and concern, and handled her gently and with respect. All the reception/nursing staff are very lovely and helpful.
