Terry and the team were fantastic in helping us chose the right suits for the big day. The environment is very calm and not at all pushy. Terry listened to what our day was going to look like and made lots of suggestions ensuring we looked as sharp as we could on the day. Nothing was too much trouble and we couldn’t have been happier with the suits.
I recently used Tux and Tails for a Christmas company dinner and dance, and was very impressed! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and just lovely to deal with from start to finish. They really took the time to ensure everything fit perfectly (even adjusting buttons to custom sizing) and that I was going to look sharp. Their prices were also very reasonable , which was a pleasant surprise considering the high quality of the service. I’ll definitely be returning for future events – highly recommend!
Phoned up at 10 am, was told to drop by. Got there about 11. Terry and Jason are two absolutely lovely blokes, had a good old chat whilst a suit was being sorted. Cup of tea supplied too. An hour later I walked out with a lovely suit that fits a treat and can return it in a few days. Long established Bristol business that deserves our support. Highly recommended.

We recently hired suits for our wedding from Tux & Tails, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The entire process was incredibly easy, and the staff were professional, attentive, and made sure everything fit just right. The fact that we could hire everything in one package (apart from the shoes - but they have plenty of nice ones to purchase there also!) left us with nothing to worry about, which was ideal.
