We got very last-minute tickets to a formal Royal Navy Trafalgar Night dinner aboard the SS Great Britain, and with my boyfriend flying in from overseas that morning, we needed a tux fast. Tux & Tails fit him in right away and had him looking perfect for a special night. I’d used them two years ago for the same event with my brother visiting from the States, so I already knew they’d pull through. They’re welcoming, made us tea while sorting everything out, and the return process was a breeze. Fantastic service and genuinely lovely people. Couldn’t recommend them more! 🎩✨
Cannot recommend this place enough :) I ordered a three-piece made-to-measure suit for a wedding I was attending, and they completed the suit in half the time I was expecting. The suit was fantastically made. The prices are decent and what you can expect for a suit of such quality, and as a first time buyer of made-to-measure suits, they provided great advice and support in helping me pick out my options. TLDR: Expect a warm, welcoming service, and top quality suits!
I booked a made to measure suit fitting with Tux & Tails after a recommendation from a friend. I spoke to them on the phone beforehand and when I arrived they had helpfully prepared fabrics to view and took my measurements. I wasn't in a rush and was happy to wait for the suit to arrive, which took around 8 weeks. When it arrived, it was of very high quality and fitted me perfectly. The staff were friendly and polite throughout. Overall, this was a simple and positive experience, and I'd definitely recommend the shop to anyone.
Booked our six wedding suits through the team at Tux and Tails. The whole process was perfect with great guidance from the patient and informative team as we selected the suits and eventually went for measurements. The quality of the suits and service throughout was superb. If/when we need to hire again we would not hesitate to go back. This is a great local business, many thanks.
