I recently had the pleasure of being served by Poppy at Turtle Bay during a bottomless brunch, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment we sat down, Poppy's kind and animated personality made the experience even more enjoyable. She was not only attentive but also displayed a lovely sense of calm and poise, striking the perfect balance between being engaging and professional. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, as she recommended some fantastic drinks that complemented our meal perfectly. Poppy ensured that our glasses were never empty, and she made the whole experience feel effortless with her friendly, demure demeanor. It was a delightful brunch made even better by her excellent service. Highly recommended!

Mellow atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, especially staff member Jordy, there is also great reggae music playing in background, not too loud so as you can have conversations with friends and family, while swaying to the music. Lastly the passion martini cocktail is amazing...

They both ensured that we were topped up with drinks to get best value for money, whilst also recommending drinks off of the menu. The food was lovely, had great flavour and was a decent portion. Turtle Bay offered a fantastic dining experience, thanks in no small part to the incredible service provided by Poppy and Jay, affectionately known as the "P Dog" and the "J Dog." From the moment we were seated, both servers made us feel welcome and well-cared for. They were consistently attentive, checking in at just the right times to ensure we had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. They radiated genuine warmth and professionalism, balancing a friendly approach with an impressive knowledge of the menu. Poppy's enthusiasm and Jay's charm elevated our entire experience, making us feel like valued guests from start to finish. The food was nothing short of brilliant.
