Brilliant Service! I brought my phone in after it completely froze and wouldn’t respond to a forced restart. The TPS team were so helpful. A couple of attempted ‘quick fixes’ didn’t work, but they sent me away for 30 minutes to have a coffee while their engineer performed some magic on it. It’s completely fine now, and they even cleaned the charging socket and gave it a polish for me too. They didn’t charge me a penny, though I’d have happily paid. I’ll definitely be going back the next time I need to make a purchase or get a repair done. Thank you so much.
Did extensive research to get a shop with good reviews for my Mac repair . The shop I chose didn't do macs though, but they strongly recommended the team at the phone shop, saying that's who they used. I wouldn't have thought of taking my mac to them having assumed they were just a phone shop. They were brilliant though. Friendly, no fuss, great value for money, did the job quickly saved the data too, much better than the two other mac repairers I've tried before and much less irritating than using the 'genius bar' at Apple!

I had my screen replaced here 6 months ago for a really competitive price. I’ve since had some other issues with the phone and have taken it here - the team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They’ve done lots of detailed troubleshooting for me and have sorted out the issues.
was recommended this shop by other people and i can really say that the staff are fantastic and so helpful. i wouldn’t shop for phones anywhere else now due to the care and follow up care that they give.
