Ordered in person over the counter just before closing time tonight (yesterday) before getting a taxi home. Food was still warm and very delicious. I wish we lived closer so we could order from just eat. The best chicken tikka masala I've eaten in years
Think things must have changed behind the scenes a while ago. Used to be the best curry house in Bristol, sadly that’s no longer the case. Everything is under seasoned, watery and tasteless. What a pity.

Tried the Bombay Raj( 4.5/5 on justeast), tried the new taj, tried GURU, nothing comes close to The indian food centre in terms of taste. The bombay raj's food seems less tastier and the tikka masala tastes less creamer, the new taj is pretty bad and now they've increased the price for the meal deal, i would stay away. TIFD has the creamiest curries, hot vindaloos with curried eggs and potatoes, large helpings of meat, chicken which has a THICK( really thick!) coating of marinade and grilled to perfection with the crispy bits. Massive amounts of variation, such as balti curries and saag curries. Most Importantly, they dont use the same sauce for each curry and so you get a different taste each time. 5/5 would have it every day if i could
Absolutely fantastic food, I've been ordering from them for 5 years and they go toe-to-toe with any other curry I've tried. Give them a go.
