I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mum last week. They were beautiful and she absolutely loved them. Arrived exactly when they said they would too. Will definitely use The Flower Shop again.
Bought a large "sunny day" bouquet for my Mum's 65th birthday. Delivery was spot on, flowers were beautiful, but only lasted 2 DAYS!!!! Very disappointing! I would have given 2-3 stars, if I had a reply for my e-mail. Very poor customer service, won't be ordering again! UPDATE! Response from the owner an hour ago "As noted the flowers were spot on when they arrived. Unfortunately what happens to the flowers once they have left our care is out of my remit." My response to that: I have to say the flowers were not fresh! You got to accept that! And I am sure you are aware of this! Not that I didn't care for them... A week later I got a bouquet from a grocery store and they lasted a week! I am not the only one saying that they don't last long. Sadly I haven't read all reviews before ordering.... Lesson learned!
The flowers in the shop look amazing, but only last days. I was bought an expensive bouquet on Wednesday and it literally started to fade by the Sunday! Friends have told me this before and I hadn't quite believed it, I do now. Do you buy in too much stock? Such a shame, but not fair on customers.
Having agreed to do my wedding flowers, I was left a voicemail with 2 and a half weeks to go, to say that they were unable to do one bouquet and 5 buttonholes. It wasn't a huge order and I feel really let down. I am now going to have to find another florist at very short notice. Not great guys.
