We met with friends at this place for lunch. my friend recommended this place. Well, we were not disappointed. the staff were so friendly and we felt very good. The food was just great. We loved this spot very much and we shall absolutely come back again. Warmly recommended.
Just picked up 3 x Satay Noodles and we all loved it. Lovely vibe inside too, looking forward to being able to sit down and eat there in the future.
They offer a fantastic range of fresh food. I loved dining here. Staff members are always friendly, prices are affordable and the spot is always kept clean.
Visited Suncraft over the weekend. The food was really good. There are only a few options to choose from as of mains and sides. The online menu was completely different from the menu in the restaurant. The restaurant experience sadly wasn’t great. The waitress was very rude. Before we even had the chance to sit down we were being told we only had an hour to eat. Throughout the evening being reminded that we only had so much time before we needed to give our table up. I had made reservations for the table in advance and nothing was mentioned when booking about having a slotted time. One of our side orders was not brought out, when asked if we could replace it with a dessert that was the same price, the waitress agreed but advised we would have to eat it in 10 minutes, no apology given, but again rushed to hurry up. Sadly because of this, the whole experience had been ruined. The food was amazing and I would return for for the food. However, if I was met with a really rude reception again, I would struggle to return back to this restaurant.
5/5 for the food. Lots of variety and range of both interesting flavours and ingredients. Well combined dishes, indicating knowledgeable chefs and staff. 5/5 for the decor and general distribution of the establishment. They've managed to incorporate the antique and the modern. Novelty factor is also on view with the hydroponic installation. 4/5 for the staff and service. The guy on front of house was courteous and professional. The other staff members were less friendly and focused, rightly enough on their own tasks. The fact the the kitchen is open planned and in full view would suggest that even the kitchen staff are inclined to be face to face with the customers, so by Bristol standards one may have expected a friendlier demeanor. 5/5 for the relation between value to price. Mains at only £7.50 are hard to beat. The desserts were delicious by the way!
