As the name suggests they are “streets ahead” of their competitors as they have been the best letting agency I have ever come across. I lived in a beautiful house in Hotwells area with Streets Ahead for almost 2 years and they have been amazing to deal with from the day one. Richard from Streets Ahead has been extremely helpful as he is always reachable with a phone call and he understands and acts very quickly to sort out any issues. If I am looking for a place in Bristol in the future, I would most definitely be looking for properties with Streets Ahead.
Lived in a property for 3 years with them and now have tried to charge us 300 from deposit and won't respond after 6 weeks of moving out, always paid on time and had no issues while living with them, steer clear of this letting agent, very unprofessional and absent when needed
