I popped in as a visitor to the area, having been to the dentist. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Said there might be a wait then handed my prescription quicker than I'd ever experienced in my local pharmacy
Very polite and helpful young man that serves me. This chemist always has my medication in stock. Well done.
This place is okay for most things but waiting over a week for a prescription is ridiculous. The doctor put one in last Wednesday, didn’t even send it off, had trouble this morning. Finally had it approved by my own GP, only to find out the chemist doesn’t have my prescription. I now have to wait until tomorrow to find out if they have it ready. They need to make sure they order more medication before they run out so they can keep giving out prescriptions.
Nothing more annoying or exploitative than charging the prescription fee for a medicine that is cheaper and available over the counter.
Possibly the worst pharmacy I have ever visited. Despite the NHS website recommending a certain medication the pharmacist shut me down and told me I was wrong without any further explanation or guidance. Extremely rude/disappointing - I will not be returning despite living around the corner.
