Dreadful food. I have never left a review before for takeaway food, but my meal was bad. It took over 1.5 hours for delivery, and although we were expecting a delay, I had hoped this was because the food was good, popular place etc. We ordered Singapore Rice noodles and got chow mein. Schezuan Chicken tasted like it came from a jar and the chicken was chewy, like it had been hanging around for a day. Chilly beef was edible, but not enjoyable. Egg fried rice was OK and the only dish that was great was the chilli salt ribs. So disappointed... Was this just a bad night?
Terrible experience with these guys. Ordered hot wings and they gave us piri piri wings. Rang them up and they told us they didnt have hot wings so they sent something else instead without telling us. They said they didnt have hot wings so we asked for our money back and then suddenly they found hot wings so they delivered what we originally asked for much much later. When they got here they asked for the wrong order they gave us back so they could give it to another customer? either a bunch of liars or very bad food hygiene. do not come here.
Visited on the 8th of March, in the evening, before the Rovers' match. The chippies along the road were packed, so I decided to have a kebab. I do eat kebabs on a regular bases in London (Edgware Rd & Paddington areas). I bought a large chicken kebab, take away (£6). The meat was crispy and tender, a lot of salad and the chili sauce was taken out of a pot! Wonderful simple and quick dining experience. The best kebab I've ever had, in 24 years living in London.
part of order was missing and special requests ignored. Staff failed to answer the phone to resolve this problem. Once they finally answered had me waiting 20 minutes for a call back. Very poor communication between staff. When I rang back again, I asked for a refund alongside the right order, they refused. Very bad customer service and very bad attitude. Will never come here again
Great food, very tasty and not greasy. Food delivered before predicted time. Recommended
