Rude staff. Unprompted rude staff member huffing and puffing about doing her job. Made me feel like a burden to ask for the price of things (Which btw is stupidly expensive for what it is. Two sandwiches that were going off THAT DAY = £7……).
Dodgey outdated pumps charge you extra when no fuels coming out, inside is the most expensive shop in Bristol more expensive than most service stations shop across the road is much cheaper and the staff are very rude act like they’re doing you a massive inconvenient favour
The staff are SO RUDE! Can't even give you eye contact and speak with basic manners and the place is filthy
It was the local station I always used. It was the place where I did my fuel and shopping. Today, I bought three hot drinks along with the fuel. When I came to pay, the employee there was a brunette woman, I asked her for a mobile tray, she said there was no one and she did not help. I told him I couldn't take it with me, he didn't help, and while I was opening the door to leave, one of my hands fell off. When I told him, he said it was your fault and I won't go there again because I used to go there two or three times a week and do my shopping. I won't go there again because that woman's behavior and service were very bad.
Got stuck in their faulty car wash, staff did his best but working solo so took time to resolve. .
