Boy boy boy let me tell you this Sainsburys is mind blowing the service provided in un heard of, my man Tom is due a fat raise he knows where every item is down the cm and can recite the bar codes off by heart, hes always quite known for personally welcoming you to the shop with a kind handshake and sometimes if your lucky he will give you a hug. This is my favourite place in bristol if i could give 6 stars i would. Thankyou Sainsburys and god bless you ππ«‘π«Άπ»π«Άπ»π«Άπ»ππ»ππ»
Really poorly trained unprofessional staff. Whinging and moaning over internal comms headsets about shoppers who request help, what they don't realise is that everyone can hear every word.
Single-file aisles mean the shopping experience is overcrowded and irritating. Disorganised and arrogant staff - I overheard one making fun of a customer through the in-store comms. Attracts so many shoplifters, beggars always sat outside. Think of the mini-mart store in the rough area of town you avoid and you get the picture, even though it's in a decent part of Bristol. Really poorly run and has gone downhill over the last few years.
The shop is filthy. There is thick grime on the barcode scanners on the self-payment tills, the floor is dirty, especially near the walls behind the self-payment tills. The baskets have a build-up of dirt on the inside. The place needs a deep clean. Really no excuse for this especially all these germs after a pandemic. Iβm sorry to have to leave this review as the staff are friendly and helpful.
It's had a nice new update. Helps that it's open so late as well. However I have continually been ID'd for energy drinks (16+) but never ever been for alcohol, very confusing.
