The staff here are beyond useless at this store. It’s on my route home from work and I pop on regularly for daily essentials, more often than not the staff are miserably (seemly purposely and lazily…) ignoring customers clearly waiting for them at the tills for FAR longer than they should be. I’ve overheard numerous people muttering the same thing when stiff waiting so it’s clearly not just me seeing this.
Staff are lovely, I came with an unreasonable request and they handled it very well making my day!! Great shop I do recommend
Do NOT shop with them using Uber eats or other delivery apps. The people working in the shop doing the packing will send you rotten food on purpose and then refuse a refund. vile shop, vile people.
What an absolute joke! I placed an online order from this store and the products they sent are destroyed and liquified. Somehow, they deemed this safe for human consumption. As I am local to the store, sometimes I go in for a few bits and most of the shelves are empty, store is dirty, and the produce section is always a mess, with rotten, damaged and destroyed products still on sale. Several times I pointed out that they need to remove certain stock off the shelf as they are not fit for consumption, I was told that, because it's still in date, they'll leave it there. What the heck?!
