Nice little local shop! Absolutely friendly and very reasonable price with a wide range of products. I’ll definitely come here again if I need any party stuff!
One particular member of staff in a red top with grey hair was absolutely horrible. snatched the costume my friend was looking at out of her hand and when we asked why as she was looking at it, her reply was ‘yes? I work here.’ We then carried on looking at the costume to try and find the size and she said ‘ well I’d of told you where to look if you had asked’ whilst smirking and shaking her head? Such a weird interaction and rude for no reason? Otherwise a nice shop and the staff at the till were friendly, maybe they can give her some customer service training.
This morning I went to this shop with my French bulldog. After quite some miles we found the shop. Because I like to support "my local shop". But I wasn't allowed to get in. A sign on the door said "Dogs NOT allowed to get in." I asked the lady friendly if we were really not welcome and the answer was NO... I planned spending some serious money inside, coz of my partners birthday and party tomorrow night. But some how some people just seem not willing to earn money... At least we had a lovely walk.
Absolutely fabulous service and the helium balloons were gorgeous and made the room for my daughters baby shower beautiful. I cannot thank them enough for all their help to make our day perfect. Highly recommend and I will be a returning customer.
Brilliant shop. Went in looking to hire a costume. Soon realised that hiring would be more than buying a costume there. Danni was great. We’re difficult people to get things to fit. I’m errrr on the larger side and small and my partner is 6ft 3 and slim. She really did her best. They didn’t have what we first thought of, but she came up with ideas and although the shop was heaving (it was Halloween weekend) she spent a lot of time with us and checking if they had the right sizes behind scenes. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
