Nowadays in the world of homogeneities where people can still buy those things from wow 🤩 that’s amazing. If you love to listen music with records you must come here and see how it’s done by you to choose your favourite record .
A used media shop that had potential but is ruined by the rude, grumpy and borderline aggressive shop keeper. Would never return here, very offended. Massively overpriced for 2nd hand media. Browsed the reggae and hip hop Cds which had prices such as £25, £22, £19 I mentioned to the shop keeper that I belive his prices for used Cds were way too high and he will have trouble shifting them at such a price, I mean come on mate, £25 for a used cd in these times! Who would actually buy a used cd for £25 in a recession. The shop keeper snarled at me and shouted "the prices are what they are mate" before storming off back behind his counter. Overall minimum stars. Bad customer service, massively overpriced, Avoid. If you are looking to get the same or better quality records and Cds visit retrofile just up the road and the record shop downstairs is much fairer prices and the guy is very friendly there.
It's hard to find a record shop that isn't geared towards the pretentious and charge extremely bumped up prices for even the average record. This store doesn't fall into this category with great prices and a friendly old fashioned atmosphere. Especially with a good deal on their discount records.
Good store for a digging session, vinyl, CD's and collectables across all the genres. Well laid out and easy to browse. I managed to pick up a vintage Canada Dry / Schweppes wooden crate, which are perfect for storing 7" singles, well chuffed. Nice guy working there on Sunday too.
A bit cramped to walk around inside, but a huge and eclectic selection of vinyls, CDs and cassettes. A serious record store that claims to be the oldest in Bristol.
