Cannot fault this shop. The customer service is always on point . I have often popped in for last minute gifts and I have always left with something unique. Shopping locally keeps the wonderful Gloucester Rd busy, exciting, vibrant and alive! As to the returns policy! Small shops struggle to compete with large high street shop AND the internet. Please cut them some slack - ps At Christmas they did extend their returns policy!!! of course they did. Lovely shop with lovely staff.
I have to say I agree with the below message from Sandy regarding the returns policy at this shop - I used to shop at Pink Lemon often but now I prefer to view the clothes in the shop but buy the items online - a 14 day returns policy is not customer friendly. I prefer to shop locally but the returns policy has driven me to shop this way. Pink Lemin does not even extend the returns policy during the Christmas period for gift refturns as other shops do.
Although their clothing is oh good quality their returns and exchange policy is TERRIBLE! Be ware! Sad really as it’s good to support local shops
