Brilliant service, beautiful shoes. They offer a really friendly and helpful service with a great range - it's the only shop I go to for my kids' shoes.
I really wanted to get my son’s shoes from our local shop, but sadly their range is so limited. They have about 50 different lovely coloured shoes on show, but only 6 were available in size 23. It was the same when we bought size 22 (that time we waited over a month for shoes to be ordered in), and we don’t want to keep buying the same red/blue - or rose gold! I’ve fed this back twice now. I really hope they improve their range, or at least take away the shoes not available, as it could still be a great local shoe shop for parents. I’m glad I gave them a second try, but upset at wasting my time and won’t go back now. I really hope it improves for others 🤞😊 The shoes are good quality, but if Bobux don’t do a colour range anymore, it’s probably time to offer something else. They also have a basket of very tired toys - even a few new ones from a charity shop would be so much nicer.
Great experience. I was very impressed with the care and attention given to fitting new shoes for my child. Very knowledgeable staff, who carefully checked lots of different pairs until the best fit was found. Based on the service we received I'd highly recommend.
Friendly and very well serviced staff. We went there for a pair of boot and the staff knowledgably told us the difference of a normal size and a half size of the brand we looked for. The shop keeper got us different sizes to fit and we felt her passion to help us find the best fit. We left happily with the boot and highly recommended. We hope many more customers coming to this shop. In Cantonese that is called "客似雲來"
