Great experience with Ross and team laying LVT flooring in our kitchen and hallway. John did a brilliant job with minimal disruption to us. Floor looks great. Very pleased with the result. Will definitely recommend Natural Born Flooring to anyone.
Ross, Chris and team have a massive range of flooring in a compact convenient shop. It saved us a lot of time being able to see different materiels conveniently. We chose bamboo flooring. We were quite stressed customers as our insurance company's builders were a nightmare, we had to re-arrange the start date with Natural Borne who were calm and accomodating. The flooring looks great, also makes the house much brighter as it's a light colour and has a slight sheen and is very durable tested by 4 children and 8 puppies hammering it. We had one join near the doorway that split apart a few months later - possibly that section of floor is a bit uneven. We didn't get back to Natural Borne for well over a year due to busy lives and not wanting tradespeople in the house during covid. He came and fixed it while we were on holiday. Terrific service.
Natural born flooring saved the day after our carpet fitter vanished leaving a quarter of the job finished... From start to finish Ross and his team were friendly and helpful and the quality of the fitting is second to none. Very happy and highly recommend Natural Flooring to anyone looking to buy and fit natural carpets
John and the team did a terrific job. I'm pretty fussy and have an eye for detail and they they satisfied in every respect. Old cork tiles and subfloor removed and new subfloor laid , all quickly and efficiently. New cork planks glued and rolled and expertly fitted around/below the existing kitchen units for a beautiful result. All done with a minimum of fuss and disturbance and a very cooperative attitude. Recommended without hesitation
They are a small busy team. Got quotes with most of the main floor installers and very few gave me confidence. Natural Born Flooring installed a bathroom & shower room with Karndean flooring which had a few awkward corners, excellently fitted and finished beautifully. It was not all completed on the same day but they did what they said they would do at a competitive price. Will use again and very happy to recommend.*****
