Tina offered us a cancellation slot and was so warm and welcoming to my boys. She totally understood what my 10 yr old wanted and respected his wish for longer hair - we've not had success in the past so this was a really positive cut. She was kind and gentle with my 5yr who has not had much experience getting his haircut. Thank you for fitting us in! :)

Tina was absolutely amazing! Not only is she very skilled and experienced, she has wonderful people skills. She was warm and welcoming from the start to the end. She suggested the best colour for me and talked me through the whole process. A whole array of drinks were offered and I chose a latte. Absolutely delicious! I noticed how good and gentle she was with small children who came for a trim. No ask was too big for her. Having 18 years of experience does show. Her whole team is friendly and welcoming.
