Very odd tasting chicken, hope im still alive tommorow lol. Got my order wrong aswell, id check the reviews before ordering from this place.
£8.65 for a burger meal with 2 wings added on top. No wings. I collected, and when I rang up to complain, they told me I could come and collect them - even thought it was their mistake. I live 15 minutes away, so it’d have been nice to have been offered to have them delivered considering it was not my fault. Unacceptable!
What can I say so the sequence of events as follows. Me Call for ten minutes three times. No answer. I then drive to shop to order. I walk in on my phone as my phone called again. To cut it off. There was no acknowledgment from staff until the driver calls a member of staff to deal with me. I ask if chicken is halal. He said aggressively yes. Then said what do you want and then what. I said what do you mean by that as its quite rude. He said you want to order or not. I said what else do you think I'm here for. And he got really aggressive and said what do you want so I walked away. So I didn't hurt him as I was fasting. So I call the shop to complain after 3 attempts the phone is answered and I ask to speak to manager. And he said I am what you want. I told him the situation. And he started to tell me about how I was on my phone and wasting his time. I was on the phone for barely 20 second just to end the call. Things got very heated. Severely poor attitude. I don't know what his problem was but I am disgusted I this filthy treatment. I came to spend my hard earned money to eat something and was abused from the start. The manager on shift laughed at everything and said because he doesn't have anything better to do. That's why is hasn't ended the call. I will return to the shop and have a face to face tomorrow. Absolute filthy tactics in customer service. Filth.

I want a refund for my order from Miss Millie’s. I had items missing from my order. The food was cold. Chicken was hard. Gravy was like jelly chips were cold. I spoke to them on the phone they insisted it was all there I said no it is not they put the phone down on me. I then contacted just eat of which just eat rang them to replace the missing items. They came 40 minutes after with the items I am missing. I had no apology. I am really really unhappy. The food was horrible and the customer service was terrible. I don’t usually complain but with the way I was treated by miss Millie’s I feel like it was an awful experience. Just eat spoken to them and they would not give me a refund. This is disgusting. They stated they're a franchise. Why does that matter?
