I ordered from Miss Millie’s via Uber Eats, and honestly, it was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. I was really looking forward to my meal, but everything about it was disappointing. First, the chicken burger was a complete mess. The chicken itself was incredibly bland, with no real seasoning or flavor. Instead of being properly balanced, it was drowned in so much sauce that it was overflowing, making the whole thing soggy and unappetizing. It felt like they were trying to cover up the lack of taste with excessive sauce, but it just ruined the burger even more. The cheesy chips were just as bad. They didn’t taste fresh at all, cold, soggy, and unappealing. It was obvious they had been sitting around for a while before being served. The cheese wasn’t even properly melted, making them even less enjoyable. The chicken wings were possibly the worst part. They tasted stale and dry, as if they had been sitting out for hours before being reheated. Instead of being crispy or juicy, they were just tough and unpleasant to eat. To top it all off, after eating this meal, I ended up with a stomach ache and diarrhea, which makes me seriously question the quality and hygiene of their food. It’s one thing for a meal to be disappointing, but getting sick from it is completely unacceptable. Safe to say, I won’t be ordering from here again. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Food was absolutely vile. Chicken was really undercooked, and made me ill afterwards. Was also not completely defrosted and I shown in first picture below. Didn’t eat hardly any of it, was extremely unsatisfactory. When I tried to contact them about the matter, I got hung up on.
Visited miss mille,s last night, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our server ayesha was attentive and knowledgeable, happily answering our questions about the menu. The food was delivered promptly, and it was clear that the team were working efficiently to ensure that all customers received their orders in a timely manner. What really stood out to me, however, was the attention to detail. Our server noticed that I was celebrating a special occasion and brought over a complimentary treat to mark the event. It was a lovely touch that made our visit feel extra special.
I placed through your application. I ordered a meal that included a 1.5L bottle of Pepsi, which was not delivered. Additionally, the delivery was initially sent to the wrong address, even though I had selected the correct one when placing the order. As a result, I had to pay for a taxi to retrieve my order. Despite this inconvenience, the Pepsi was still not included. When I contacted the restaurant, no one took responsibility, and I was told to speak to the delivery driver. Unfortunately, the driver did not answer their phone, and the restaurant staff continued to shift the blame instead of resolving the issue. It is extremely disappointing that no one was willing to acknowledge the problem or offer a solution. There appears to be no proper customer service process in place, and I was left without support or accountability from any party involved.
Amazing service from start to finish! Everything was handled so quickly and smoothly. The clean and organized environment added to the positive experience. A big shoutout to team for their friendly and helpful approach. Truly exceptional!
