Rude and try to charge almost full retail price? The stock is all free? Why do this
We tried to give a donation just before the shop was closing, we were met at the door by a very rude woman who told me the shop was closed. I said we just wanted to drop off a donation we didn’t want to come in, and I was told we don’t want the donation as the shop was closing. I completely understand if the shop was closing but the manner in which we were spoken to was disgusting. There was no need to be so rude, we were totally understanding.
Local Charity shop in Gloucester road, sells second hand clothes and jewellery and small selection of new bags and scarves. Nice to browse and staff on hand to help. It's also good to know that what you spend there helps the charity. There is wheelchair access too.
