I dropped by today to tighten and align the glasses that I had to buy abroad. Dare I say, it was impeccably fixed by Lunar Optical. The receptionist and the person who fixed my glasses were absolutely lovely, helpful, kind and patient. Buying my next glasses from here!
Went in to get an eye frame adjusted bought from a high street retailer. Sophia greeted me in a pleasant and kind way. Cillian looked at the frame and explained to me what's the issue and how he will adjust it according to my requirements in a professional and pleasant way. I am very happy with how they greeted me and resolved the issue and recommend this place highly.
Set me up with sexy new frames and made me feel safe and at home. They were also very accommodating when it came to pay for my glasses, allowing me to spread the cost. 10/10 would come back again
Easily by far the best experience and service I've ever had at an optician. Friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable staff - also extremely patient with me when I needed to trial contact lenses for the first time! As well as on every occasion when I've stepped on my glasses and they've repaired them on the spot for me or found an amazing immediate alternative! Whole set up is very professional, the service is personal and the range of frames is great. Thoroughly recommend!
Lunar optical went the extra mile. They quoted for a part for my glasses and after fitting charged me less - £5.00 only! They also gave me a free glasses case. The service is always great at Lunar.
