You can’t pay money in over the counter. They insist you use their machine. The lady on the counter is aggressive and unpleasant. Banks will just be completely online eventually . Downloaded the app for my daughter now so we don’t have to go in again and pay cheque in online. Lady behind counter will be pleased. One less customer

If i could give a 0 for today's visit i would. Took my 92yr old father in today with a cheque he had signed to withdraw some cash with identification (bus pass) which has never been a problem before but today was refused. After asking if the cheque could be played into my account then i could withdraw the cash this was also refused. So we left without any money.(our money!) Perhaps in future you could notify of any withdraw changes etc. Shame because in 25yrs of banking with you the Girls & other staff members have always been lovely & helpful...

This has been my local branch for years and slowly and steadily they are taking away services and opening hours bit by bit. I think they only function for the cash paying in facilities for nearby retailers and not for the wider Lloyds community, as they would have closed this branch years ago (because banks are short of money to keep local branches open for their non-internet banking customers obviously). I visited today to open an account for my 15 year old to be told to either to go to Broadmead (not going to pay a fortune to park) or Westbury which is too far to travel for me currently. So as my local branch, its useless. We went directly to the HSBC around the corner from us where she was able to open an account within 20 minutes.

Of course, this branch is usually fine. This morning (10th Sept 2021), There was no signs of anybody there between 9am & 10:10, - when I gave up. Opening time was advertised on the door as 9am, and the same online. - Reported online as "busy" at 10am. The inaccurate info is unimpressive. (Apologies if the staff are all tied up in the vault, I guess).

Went into this branch on 20/04/2018 to pay in some cash and a couple of cheques. Whilst waiting for the cashier I was approached by a member of staff, not a cashier, who asked if he could help me, I politely told him 'no thanks I'd rather wait for the cashier'. In response to this, the member of staff very rudely told me 'they are not called cashiers any more they're called CSAs'. I could not be bothered to dignify this rude and completely uncalled for behaviour by even responding to it, so I ignored the rude moron and carried on queuing. However, as the queue moved forward I turned around slightly only to see a massive great sign (see photo), pointing at the cashiers, and reading "Cashiers"! So, just in case anyone from Lloyds bank actually reads these, I have a couple of tips for you: 1) Don't change the names of things for absolutely no good reason, just to pretend you're doing something useful - everyone knows what a cashier is and does, no one (outside Lloyds bank) knows what a CSA is! 2) If you are going to change the name of something for no good reason, don't let your staff rudely tell people off for using the old name for that thing that they have been using for years! 3) If you are going to change the name of things for no good reason, and employ rude staff who are going to tell people off for using the old name for that thing, DON'T EMBARRASS YOURSELVES BY LEAVING UP THE OLD SIGNAGE!
