Very unprofessional, Daniel Kemp was supposed to give us the viewing and did not make it and send some one else and he at the property say that forgot the flat keys , i just can’t believe it and we when planed to wait there for him to come back , in 10 min he updated that landlord is not accepting family with children… pathetic and when reported this i did not even get courtesy email from Daniel Kemp what a professional service they are giving?
I got blamed for missing out ok a house when it wasn't my fault. It took them months to admit it was their fault and they still made up excuses and made it seem like I could have done more. Shout out to Daniel who lied to me consistently, made up that I swore at him over the phone. And thanks to Geoff, for never finalising any kind of apology. Another vile letting agents run by a bunch of muppets
