The staff are absolutely lovely and do a fantastic job. The owner (I think she's called Terri?) on the other hand is the opposite. She is rude to her hardworking staff in front of customers! It's such a shame as she has such a beautiful shop and wonderful staff. I really wish I could come here more often, but thinking that woman is benefitting from my trade makes me feel very uneasy. I'm just glad she (Terri?) doesn't seem to be there everyday!
