Best Dr Martens shop for miles around! It’s a small shop with a big range and still has personal service unlike so many shops nowadays. I’ve bought many pairs of DMC over the years and continue to use the shop.
I have been using KBK shoes for about 3 years now for my Dr. Martens needs. The staff are always so welcoming there and they are SO knowledgeable about the products. I recently had a pair of Docs fail on me and the team committed to resolving the issue for me even if at their own expense... They gave me a brand new pair of Docs at no cost (within a year of purchase)!!! They really live by customer first and customer satisfaction. Tom in particular is so welcoming and helpful whenever I go in. Highly recommend!
Came to buy a pair of blundstones Tom gave me excellent advice on sizing! He was very helpful and gave me a great deal and even offered to hold them for me until the next day. Strongly recommend
My sister and I visited as one of the only places in the area to stock Blundstones. Tom didn't hesitate to help us try them on and gave us great advice on sizing that you just wouldn't know from researching online. Much the deliberators, we took some time to decide on buying them as of course they're not cheap but they are built to last. We did spot them online for cheaper and they did price match and even sent them out immediately after I had phoned. Arrived very quickly. We're both very pleased and happy to have bought from a more local, independent shop. Thank you!
The ALWAYS brilliant KBK! I've been getting my boots and shoes from these guys for decades and they are always first class. My most recent pair (Dr Marten ambassador Chelsea boots) are unreal. First time wear, 6 miles.... Which I thought was foolhardy.... Without any breaking in, were perfect. Their service is impeccable, friendly and helpful. Don't buy shoes online, go in to KBK and have a lovely experience. ***Not a paid ad, just a happy and loyal customer***
