Beautiful flavours from this south Indian cuisine restaurant. Staff were very approacable and helpful, good to talk with making for a very pleasant experience. Prices are low for food; maybe the rice portions could still be a little bigger but that won't stop me giving them 5 stars.
Metal screw in our food. Phoned the management and they tried to blame it on deliveroo! Absolutely shameless. No apologies at all. Avoid avoid avoid
Used to be great but not any more...portions are now tiny and hugely overpriced.... 2 small pieces of chicken in a curry, 1 tiny paratha for £4. Even the great taste is no longer there, just very very average and feels like a rip off.
Awful, avoid. Guy didn't speak English so ordering was a nightmare. Eventually got a glass of room temperature wine. Guy not interested in serving us and didn't bother to clear the table of dishes between courses so they just piled up. Dirty menus. Waiter didn't wear a mask and no covid measure seemed to be in place. I saw him rinse my wine glass and cutlery under the cold tap before giving to me. Tepid food. Only 2 lumps of chicken in a watery curry, none of the food was as described on menu. Worst restaurant meal I have ever had. Shame as have been coming here for years and has always been lovely. Feels like it is going out of business...
One of the best curries I've had in a long time. Quality ingredients, particularly the tender lamb. Great tasting and felt a step above your normal curry. The staff were really friendly and very knowledgeable about gluten which made it a stress free dinner for the coeliacs in our party. We really couldn't fault it. Not from Bristol but we'll be sure to come back!
