I love Green Woods Furniture and feel very fortunate to have discovered them. Their products are beautiful, both in design and quality, they are excellent value and the service is wonderful. I've bought two tables and a chest so far and suspect I'll be back!
We bought a super king Cotswold Caners bed frame with bespoke storage drawers underneath. Our initial contact with Green Woods was based on them being the highest scoring furniture company on the Ethical Consumer website and we are very pleased we chose them over the other larger retailers we visited. Simon was super friendly, personal and helpful throughout the process. There was an issue with the supplier of our original choice bed frame, which Simon sorted out quickly. He was in touch with us via email to keep us informed. While we were waiting delivery of the bed, Simon let us borrow his futon base to put it mattress on. He gave us some options for 1hr window delivery times (makes a change from other companies who say "between 7am - 6pm on a certain date") and turned up when expected. He assembled the bed with care, bringing padding to make sure the stair banister wasn't knocked. He took away all the packaging with him for disposal and gave us follow-up care information. We love our new bed. And we'd highly recommend using Green Woods.

Great shop selling lovely, high quality wooden furniture. Their show room always has some great pieces and they've got even more that can be made to order. I ordered a bed and matching bedside tables from Greenwoods and they are built solid and have a lovely finish exactly as we wanted. Simon is really keen to make sure you get exactly what you want and is a natural problem solver. He can pretty much have anything made to your exact specifications and is always quick to reply to any emails. If I need any more wood furniture I won't bother looking elsewhere!
