I had my wedding dress altered at Flo-Jo fabrics and it was a 5* service. Sabina was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did she take my dress up for me, she also helped me create some extra sleeves which were just magical and gave my dress a completely original look. We had great chats every session and I really enjoyed every visit.
A lovely girls girl shop! Everything is very cute and the owner is in store. She fixed a very difficult dress and held it for me while I was away for two months! I recommend xx
Really lovely and helpful staff! I ordered a wedding dress from Etsy which arrived a couple of weeks before my wedding, unfortunately it was too large and I could not send it back for alteration and get it back in time. I started looking for tailors in Bristol and most could not accommodate me in such a short amount of time, but Flo-Jo did! They were really helpful and booked me in the next day. They did an amazing job altering the dress and fitting it to my shape, they also added helpful bra loops to hold the dress shoulders nicely on. I'll definitely be going back to them!
I did the Beginners Sewing course at Flo-Jo and it was fantastic! Erika was so encouraging and patient, she was brilliant teaching our little group of 4, always tailoring the pace to each of us individually. She’s knowledgeable, warm and approachable, every session was such great fun! I’m absolutely chuffed with the tote bag I created by the end of the course, having started from zero. I learned so much. Highly recommend!
Flo-Jo is amazing and so helpful, they got all the fabrics and bits required for an Anne Boleyn costume for SIX musical! My daughter was delighted!
