Three stars for the young man that served me and was available to help. Sadly I experienced a rather unusual experience when his (I assume manager) told him off in front me. I then asked him a question and paid for the item purchased. After I paid she asked me to stop on my way out just to make me turn around and tell him off again. It was very uncomfortable and I hope they read this and learn it is a lot more professional to speak to your staff in private as it put me off spending any longer in there. Thanks for the advice from the young man though.
Extremely overpriced and poor service. I was charged £4.50 for one simple 4x6 photo. When I queried it and asked why they are so much more expensive than other instant photo services (such as Boots), the lady told me that their ‘great service’ is incorporated in the price. I was also told that I should have looked at the prices on their website beforehand, however their website actually lists the price as £1.10, so like many people in these reviews, I have been charged far more than what is advertised. Furthermore, I was also told that the cost was higher due to having to email the lady my photo so she could print it (rather than print from the kiosk), however both kiosks were broken, so the only option was to email. I am dismayed and shocked at the service and prices. Will not be using this company again.
Go here if you need to get your passport photo taken, it was put in such a cute folder as well, very good presentation.
I have to leave a one star review due to a bizarre experience just now where the owner got angry at me for politely pointing out that she'd printed my images the wrong size. I'm in shock at how I was treated. She seemed incapable of admitting she'd done it wrong and shouted me out of the shop. Very strange!
Prints weren't delivered on time when i paid for same day service, was told i'd be called when it was done, they never called. Charged £2 more than their website says, then told me ''the website doesn't have their updated prices'', far too overpriced in the first place & bad customer service, the prints were good though I'll go to snappy snaps next time.
