£3 for printing an A4 piece of paper? Are you for real? I was admiring work in shop whilst a lady searched for birthday cards (which she couldn’t find) and was considering getting prices for family portrait. Eventually she came back and charged me £3 for one piece of paper!! Never see me in this place again!!
Came here for a passport photo. Extremely efficient, professional and easy. Wish I’d come here sooner instead of messing around with other methods of acquiring this type of photo
Amazing service from the lady i met at the till. I went for dutch passport photos which are very specific, the wait was less than 2 minutes before i was attended to. 10/10 service thumbs up from me
Extremely overpriced and poor service. I was charged £4.50 for one simple 4x6 photo. When I queried it and asked why they are so much more expensive than other instant photo services (such as Boots), the lady told me that their ‘great service’ is incorporated in the price. I was also told that I should have looked at the prices on their website beforehand, however their website actually lists the price as £1.10, so like many people in these reviews, I have been charged far more than what is advertised. Furthermore, I was also told that the cost was higher due to having to email the lady my photo so she could print it (rather than print from the kiosk), however both kiosks were broken, so the only option was to email. I am dismayed and shocked at the service and prices. Will not be using this company again.
Three stars for the young man that served me and was available to help. Sadly I experienced a rather unusual experience when his (I assume manager) told him off in front me. I then asked him a question and paid for the item purchased. After I paid she asked me to stop on my way out just to make me turn around and tell him off again. It was very uncomfortable and I hope they read this and learn it is a lot more professional to speak to your staff in private as it put me off spending any longer in there. Thanks for the advice from the young man though.
