I had my MOT done at Ashley down and had one of the best garage experiences as a women The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly, making the process stress-free. They completed the MOT quickly and went over the results with me without any pressure to do unnecessary repairs. Very fair prices and excellent service— I highly recommend
First time using. Did book in for an MOT and full service but they were so busy that they only managed to get to the MOT. Was promised a discounted service as an apology which was appreciated! Only reason they get 4 stars is the car was parked with the handbrake off. Seem like a good, honest garage though, and I’m happy to take my car here from now on.
Great service and prices. They diagnosed our old Yaris’ issue, gave the cost breakdowns for the best and worst case scenarios regarding repairs, and what the diagnosis fee on its own would be if I wanted to have it repaired elsewhere. They had it fixed exactly when they said they would, and the invoice at the end is comprehensive and broken down by labour and parts. Will definitely use these guys again :)
If there was ever a garage to call 'the ol reliable' it's this one. Solid team, really friendly, no frills and they get the work done (and in great time I might add). There's a reason why this place is always busy with customers, and it's definitely something to do with their reputation, honesty and bang for your buck.
