I bought my first home through Andrew's and I could not fault their team in any way. I was originally shown the property by Dominic, and he was instantly friendly, giving honest and helpful answers to all my questions. I had regular contact with him throughout the process and he was consistently helpful for the whole process. Lamont was also incredibly helpful throughout and provided some brilliant clarity regarding some legal issues. I would highly recommend using this branch.
Andrews sold our house for us, and we were really happy with the service we received, from the initial meeting right through to completion. The whole process took about 3 months, which seemed abnormally quick to us! This was really important as we were planning a fairly daunting relocation. All the key elements were there: communication, efficiency and clarity, and we found we were always able to get in touch with Martha and Billy whenever we needed their help. We got lots of viewings and they also helped us hold out for the right price, too. They also recommended a great conveyancing solicitor, who was similarly brilliant. I would definitely recommend Andrews to anyone looking to sell their house in the Bristol, Keynsham area.
It is definitely the worst agency that I have ever experienced so far. We got them for 1 year, they took ages to take action on urgent repairs. Somethings like the carpet it was in really bad conditions and they did not want to change it. Unfair uplift of rent multiple times, almost black mailing behaviour. I would not recommend it at all Now you answer with another lie, of course it is Bishopston agency. I attach one of the emails to prove it. And thanks for your automatic copy pasted message that you put to all the people when there is a bad review - This is the kind of thing that you expose yourself if you rent with this agency.

Probably the worst agency in Bristol if you are a tenant. They ignore you when you have problems and every year they ask you to renew for another fixed year with a rent increase or you need to vacate the property. If you are a tenant looking to rent in Bristol, I recommend you to use another agency.
