Absolutely beautiful cod & chips, I couldn't have made it better myself, crunchy batter & perfectly brown chips. Matt cooks everything to order, so really fresh & it's value for money in my opinion, compared to the prices elsewhere. Thoroughly & highly recommended. I'm regularly disappointed by other chippies in the area and hadn't tried this place in years. So...one fish and chips ordered and eaten...brilliant. Portion size relatively small but actually plenty enough. Best of all, the chips were actually well cooked to a decent colour and crispiness. Fish was freshly cooked and equally good. I've been recommending to friends and will defo be making it my new regular. Other chips shops could learn from this place. Seriously.

Absolutely delicious battered sausage and chips, all piping hot, fresh, and crispy. Loved it.
Thought I'd give this place another go as they are my local. Chips weren't fresh and didn't taste the best, had clearly been sitting there...very greasy and I felt uncomfortable all night, still feel unwell this morning. £3.70 for a large chips that was a third smaller than other chip shop larges...
