Very nice pub with what looked like a good food offer ( no food eaten though). The selection of beer was good, seating was plentiful and there is a substantial garden area.
This pub has a great chef whose Sunday roast is simply delicious 😋. I have been on a week day and Sunday and the staff, food and atmosphere are to be commended. Nice garden too. Highly recommend and I will be back again soon.
The menu caters for all, the burger was like eating a steak. The flavour was one of the best burger that I had. Everyone cleared their plates.
Sunday lunch was tasty, comfit chicken leg and very nice trimmings. The limited table service meant inconvenient trips to the crowded bar mid meal, and the restaurant was really loud generally. The friendly bar team shouted throughout, largely due to the high level of background noise. Good effort, but not sure I'll return.
Great small plates- lovely quality and fantastic portion sizes. Pulled pork loaded fries and a pint for £12= a winner!
