I wouldn’t take my car here again unless it is for an old model (I.e., post 2016). Initially I was recommended by one of my colleagues back in 2014, used to get my VW here, had no problem then, later took my Audi A4 quatro in January 2024 for Adblue system issue, then costed me £2400 ish (Inc checks) to replace the Adblue tank and associated parts, but problem remained and they ran out of ideas. When I took it to Audi Garage, been suggested that most likely PC motors engineers were probably not up to speed with the modern cars technology, therefore not able to pinpoint the issue and ended up replacing wrong part. Sorry folks, posting a year later, could have kept it with me be but thought, as a customer I have moral duty to provide honest reviews for the benefit of others. So still giving 2 star as they may still be good enough for old models VW and Audi’s but strongly advise to re think l if you have newer model or modern cars
PC Motors Bristol have recently worked on two cars for me, diagnosing and correcting dangerous faults on both of them, which hadn't been even identified when they were serviced at other garages. One had extensive work all completed in one day; the other needed parts no longer available from the manufacturer, but was completed nearly as quickly. I was extremely impressed.
If you have VW, Skoda, SEAT, AUDI look no further. I have been using PC motors for nearly 2 years and everytime they have delivered and very professional. Very friendly staff that help dismistify the worry when cars go wrong. They are knowledgeable about the cars more so than the dealer and use dealer parts. Had a serious mechanical issue with the engine which we could've destroyed it completely but they managed to save it. 5/5 Top class service 5/5 Customer Service 5/5 Cleaniness 5/5 Knowledge 5/5 Cost
Awful service. Rude people. Dave is very unprofessional and it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Took over a month for the car to give back and had to source the part ourselves. They refused to do the service under the warranty too! Do not come here, I wouldn’t want this happening to anyone else! Updated review in response to the owner: I share a car with Oscar Baker, he went and got the service done in this place and had horrible treatment.
Me and my partner have been taking our cars here for the past couple of years and it is safe to say the service and communication are outstanding and the prices are very competitive and of high quality, I highly recommend this garage, Dave and Steve are always open to lend a hand and give honest advice, 10 out 10 kind regards A&J
