One of the best shops on Gloucester Road! They have EVERYTHING in stock, beautiful and high quality things (plus affordable prices) and the customer assistants/owners are polite and helpful beyond imagination. There are no words to describe the incredible service I received. I bought few things for home, plus some Christmas decorations. I noticed that they have different decorations depending on the season (I remembered beautiful autumn decorations too). Moreover, I was in a difficult situation with a package I had to post, and the customer assistant helped me to assemble it. I will never forget such a courtesy!
My favourite shop - you can get everything you need here. Today I was hoping I would be able to get replacement chains for otherwise perfectly serviceable hanging baskets, and sure enough, they had just the thing. I once bought 2 individual different sized screws for 10p to fix my kids' scooters - didn't need packets of 100 or whatever they might come in normally.
Always a pleasure 🙏 like an Alladdins Cave of goodies you need to make sure your wallet is locked as there is so much on offer.( In a LOCAL) shop.
"We have everything you need" was the challenge from the shopkeeper and that's been true in our experience to date. Today we bought everything we needed to re-upholster some furniture, at prices comparable with the best we'd found on the Internet. The store is quite large with enough space to wander around the shelves browsing. The staff have been very helpful and understand what we've been trying to achieve. Will be going back...
Awesome traditional hardware stores one of my favourite stores in the area shame there are so few of these stores they are the staple of many communities everything you need close at hand. Highly recommended for all your odd job needs I buy extra bits and bobs whenever I visit pleasure walk and browse it's like an adults Aladdins cave or treasure s with friendly helpful staff .
