City Property Lets has been the best experience in dealing with agencies. The process to book appointment is fair and smooth, they answer email and follow up quickly, they called me in advance just to inform me they will be 2 minutes late. Zoe in particular went to the extra mile to help me secure an apartment. Amazing team and lovely people
We were tenants of a property managed by City Property Lets for two years and found the communication was good, they were prompt with any maintenance concerns, and fair on wear and tear. We would recommend this lettings agency.
The staff at city property lets are rude and unhelpful. Multiple times throughout my tenancy I have contacted city property lets and they have either not responded at all or if they have replied, they've been completely rude. The only decent member of staff at this company is Zoe who I can't fault at all.
We absolutely loved our flat from city property lets. Fantastic location and a really awesome layout that made our small home really work. All the staff at CPL have always been friendly and helpful and whenever things went wrong (accidental smashed toilet or a tree growing in between the garden wall) they were quick to respond and resolve the problems. While things got very difficult during Corona they were incredible. So understanding and made our situation manageable for which we are so grateful. Not just a standard line but real human understanding which is so important when talking about the place you call home. If I rent again I wouldn't hesitate to go back to City Property Lets.
0 stars. Rented with them 2019-2020. My curtain pole needed to be replaced, and they sent a contractor while I was at uni. He shattered my brand new TV screen by clearly smashing the curtain pole right into the middle of it. The agency denied all wrongdoing and refused any compensation, even with pictures clearly showing it working the day before and smashed after the contractor had come. Then proceeded to take money off my deposit for a binbag left in the communal hallway. It wasn’t even left by me, most likely by another flat. Absolutely AVOID AVOID AVOID. Still fuming 4 years later. I was £400 down and without a tv for a year.
