I am so pleased with the team at Arley garage. I rung up worried about a car I had just purchased with only a months warranty. The receptionist spoke to me SO LOVELY and tried her best to fit me in despite being no space until November. She rang me back so fast the next day, fitted me in and they checked my car over and fixed it on the same day. Given I’ve just moved to the area and didn’t know any mechanics I’m so glad to have found a genuine honest and reliable garage. Defo recommend
If I could give more stars I would. Nerina and the team were beyond helpful, fitting us in despite their busy schedule, and going above and beyond in fixing the car within 24 hours. I cannot thank them enough for saving us from a daunting list of MOT failures, plus some added extras, while a house move with a 8 month pregnant wife was only a week away. They were kind, accomodating, quick and effective. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

While I waited, I noticed Nerina addressing several customers by name, showing the genuine relationships they’ve built over time. On top of that, Nerina and I ended up having some wonderfully deep conversations about life, it felt like we’d “put the world to rights” during my short time there. Mark, the owner of the garage, carried out the work himself and was transparent every step of the way. He took the time to explain what had been done and pointed out potential issues that might need attention in the future. His honesty and expertise gave me complete confidence in the quality of their work. Before choosing Arley Garage, I’d received quotes from four other garages, all of which were outrageously high and felt very dishonest. My gut instinct was to go with Arley Garage from the start, but I decided to explore other options first. After coming full circle, I realised I should have trusted my instincts all along. Recommended this garage by a friend. Couldn't get booked in for urgent work needed as they are so popular they were booked up. Always a good sign. Booked in advance for mot n service. Wasn't sure if needed full or interim service. They said they would see. The receptionist is so helpful n knows her stuff. Mot n interim service done, couple of bulbs replaced, repair on exhaust n puncture on tyre done. Such value for money, honest and trustworthy. Can't recommend them highly enough.
