Great little local shop with a good selection of treats, toys, and hygiene items. We love stopping in, the girls and Michael are always so friendly and my pup is obsessed with them!
Hello. I hope someone can confirm your opening times on a Monday morning. Over the past few months your shop hasn't been open at 8:45 am. I have left home later, still closed at 8:50 and even 8:55. This week (10/2/25) you were open at your normal time. If you are opening at 9:00 am going forward, can you change your hours on your website. I can't always get to your shop before you close. Brilliant local pet shop. They were great today for dog treats and really well priced chicken layers pellets. My dog loves coming in, the staff are so lovely and kind to her. Thanks 👍
Lovely selection of toys and food and beds! Stuff for little animals and stuff for big. Fair prices, and very nice workers! Smells a bit, but you get used to it :) great local shop
I usually get amazing service in Roxfords. The girls are always eager to please, and my little pooch is usually stuffed with treats, but not on the 4th of Nov. The lady behind the counter( the one that wears a face mask) was more interested in playing her Candy Crush game on her phone. I had to clear my throat to get her to even notice me. I said, sorry to interrupt your game I got "alright" , very miserable lady. No treats either. Oh dear.
