Brilliant company! Received all my products next day, they called me back when they said they would (most companies don't do this!), talked me through various options of products for my machine, which is starting to become more and more difficult to fine. Great company will be using for my toner needs in the future for sure.
I rang up and asked if they could do A3 posters on high quality paper. Was advised they could and for a very reasonable price! When I actually got there, the image was printed on paper much larger than A3 and I was charged almost double because of “computer fees” and “photo processing fees” that weren’t mentioned at all previously. Not quite what I wanted and not at the original price advised.
Great customer service, and ink was exactly as described. Nice to deal with a company that values customer service !
Buyer beware. Extremely poor after sales support. You will hear nothing from them if something goes wrong with what you have bought. There is a blatant ignoring of communications raising concerns about faulty products after a product is sold. They will even get in touch with you to ask you to remove your negative reviews but will not address the complaint that you put to them. Avoid this place.
Helpful and knowledgeable. I bought two generic cartridges for my HP printer and had two original cartridges refilled. My printer objected to the colour cartridge after a couple of weeks. The owner was helpful in suggesting some things to try to fix the issue. When these did not work he simply exchanged the cartridge. Great service!
