One of the most easiest/pleasant shopping experiences I have had. Extremely neat and tidy shop, spoilt for choice and friendly staff. Popped in to purchase a few bottles of Thistly Cross Cider. Slightly more expensive than a supermarket but I would rather support a independant business than a billionaire CEO. Will return.

Very extensive choice of beer from all over the world and many varieties to serve all tastes. I had great service from the gentleman behind the till and was helped to find a perfect bitter. I will be returning for sure!

Best shop in Bristol. Beer/spirits/hot sauce - what else do you need? Good variety too between craft and trappist etc.

Huge selection of bottled / canned beers and ciders, including local craft beers (not so much traditional beers) and Belgian / German beers a plenty. Reasonably priced. Will be visiting again soon.

Popped in for a cheeky beer with my mate Mark (holding the sword in the photo) one Monday evening. I've walked past many times promising myself that I'd give it a try, but never having made it before now. Monday evening was good as they have deals on the tap beers, we tried a healthy selection of both the tap, bottled and canned beers on offer and had ourselves a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We hit it off like a house in fire with the owner and got to play with is his sword (not the best idea when we'd had a few) and on one occasion pour or own beers! I don't imagine it's quite like that every night, but non-the-less still a great place to go to get to sample different types of beers to the usual pubs and to talk with someone who really knows their beers.
