Visited this shop after having some coffee at a place across. The shop is very nice and has some cute items for Christmas! My partner got s lovely jean and she is very pleased with it! Staff were kind!
A wonderful independent shop full of great small label brands, a wide variety of clothes and home wares and a generally delightful shopping experience. I get all of my clothes here!
Just popped into Fox & Feather for the first time in ages. Full of really lovely pieces but I did not enjoy the experience as neither of the two sales assistants could be bothered to say hello or even acknowledge my presence. At all! Just carried n looking at their phones and chatting. Felt quite awkward so I left. No 1 rule in retail - your customers should be your absolute 1st priority. Some serious customer service training required in this place!! A real shame and not a nice experience 😐
I order on line a mustard jug and it arrive two days later. Fully informed of delivery and the item turned up all in one piece. It was well wrapped and the hand written personal note was a nice touch. Would order again and when in Bristol will go and visit the shop
It's my go-to shop for gifts for my mum, grandma or aunt's, it gives very much the vibes of women who have their life together. When I am a woman who has her life together I'm sure I'll shop here for myself haha!
