We opened The Royal Oak in 2009 and absolutely love being on Gloucester Road and part of the longest stretch of independent retailers in the UK!
We wanted to create an environment where we would enjoy going…both with the kids for lunch or with friends in the evening. We make sure the products we serve are of the highest quality, from local ales to award winning wines, matched with fresh food prepared in house and served daily.
We have a huge family friendly beer garden out the back – adults love it for a pint in the sun, and kids love it for the swings and slide! Cooking outdoors is a great passion of ours and the pizza oven can be hired for private parties throughout the year.
