Just found the card for here in an old handbag and remembered what a lovely time we had here. 4 of us came here whilst visiting Bristol after Glastonbury. The staff could not do enough for us and were super friendly. They could tell we were knackered after camping and completely indulged us. If I am ever back in Bristol I will be sure to visit. The food was delicious (we had tried a lot of different things between us) and it was very fairly priced. Great atmosphere down to the layout and the friendliness of the staff.
Lovely place with nice food and welcoming staff. We didn't try the mains but had some starters and some wine which were tasty. The chef was really lovely and let us have a desert after kitchen was closed.
This place was such a lovely place to eat. The food was amazing - great sized portions and really tasty, and 2 courses for £10 it was great value. I had the mezze for starter and the lamb for main which was a £3 surcharge but well worth it. Also a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. I recommend this place highly!
I have quite a sweet tooth, but the duck and pear for a mains was pretty awesome. The sticky toffee puddings was equally as good. It wasn't very busy, I'm not exactly sure why, because it is a hidden gem in the outskirts of Bristol city centre. Please go, as this is just a really great, place to eat.
Had a Christmas meal here and food was really good, because we had pre ordered there was no waiting, just to order our drinks. The beetroot cured salmon and pumpkin cream pie were amazing, and the staff were really friendly, with hushed Christmas music in the background. It was a really good night!
