I have been a frequent customer within Waeshous laundrette however, one female staff member is always quite rude and abrupt for absolutely no reason.When this happens once or twice, i can sympathise perhaps but every time you frequent a business, and the same one member of staff happens to be rude, this is a pattern of unacceptable customer service and behaviour. As a disabled person, i can certainly do without this experience for simply supporting a business. I did consider visiting earlier in the day in the hope that she wouldn't be working as she seems to be there late afternoon but I work full-time therefore that isn't possible nor should I have to do this when I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere locally without experiencing unnecessary anxiety due to staff attitude.

However, Chris and Julie worked their magic and returned the thobes to us looking pristine and wrinkle-free. Their attention to detail and expertise in garment care truly shone through. Moreover, I was particularly impressed by the exceptional customer service at Waeshous. Chris and Julie were attentive to our needs, providing helpful advice on garment care and ensuring that we were satisfied with the results. Not only was the staff remarkable, but the launderette itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's evident that cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities at Waeshous, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment for customers. Overall, I highly recommend Waeshous Launderette to anyone in need of quality garment care services. It was my first time going to a laundrette so was a bit nervous, but the self-service was super easy! All the instructions were clear, they take card and cash, and there’s more than enough washer and driers. I used the small machine which took approx. 40 minutes, and then same with the drier as minimum card payment was £4 for the drier (£1/10mins). Altogether spent £9. I was worried that a 40 mins tumble-dry wouldn’t be enough for my huge load but the drums are HUGE and it dried them all completely. The laundrette itself was very very clean and modern. Just remember to bring your own detergent (although I think they might sell it there).

Friendly, helpful people, professional service, good value for money. I do a regular service wash here and I think they're great
