Loved this shop, they don't try and sell you things you don't need and got my bike ordered in super speedy time! So happy with my new bike and would recommend to anyone looking to shop local and get a really decent service 💜 (Additional point because the cat loves it too)
Definitely not the cycle shop to go, I’ve went in for a service as gears aren’t shifting & braking issues I call them to check in an hour later and they say are not finished, another hour goes by and they say I can collect my bike back and when I do the issues have not changed - they haven’t done a thing with my bike- and still charge me £80 threatening me saying if I don’t pay they won’t give me my bike back. There were 2 of them there and I’m a small woman so felt there was no point challenging them so I had to pay it and left. Upon visiting a another store called bike4you in henleaze they completed a service for only £50 and £15 in parts leaving my bike in a great condition for sale and told me that the people at roll quick didn’t do a thing to the bike just scammed me and wasted my time pretty much
What a brilliant lil shop. Tom was a big help and showed an amateur 20year old how to repair a punctured tyre. Had a look at my bike, pumped up the tyres was happy to help and they’ve got a great selection of bike upgrades. A good shop in a good area. I would recommend.
Great workers! I brought my bike in for detailer alignment and it turned into quite a nightmare, they managed too come up with a solution and were very helpful, thank you very much.
Very welcoming staff and will definitely be using them again in the future for my bike needs. They did a fantastic job fitting my mudguards. Highly recommend!
