I got my veg and fruit bag from too good to go, it was terrible, I had to throw out everything that was in the bag. Some of the vegetables were already rotted and unusable. Would not recommend.
My favourite local veg shop! The guys are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I don’t know what the food I am holding they give me one for free so I can try it - they even tell me how to cook it. Lovely shop!
Avocados are consistently rotten - do not buy. They feel fine on the outside (not at all squishy), but somehow they manage to always be grey sludge on the inside. Have told them multiple times, each time they say pick another, and each time the new one is equally rotten, at which point I give up. Used to try and buy from here weekly, were rotten every time. Then went to monthly just to see if things improved, still rotten every time. Now I only go when absolutely desperate for an avocado, and they're still rotten. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." I am insane.
Went in here for the first time last week and it’ll be the last time too. The strawberries looked lovely! However they tasted of pure water. Oranges were so dry upon opening and again tasted of nothing. I bought some corn on the cobs too and bbq’d them at home to find they tasted of nothing… really disappointed. The only decent thing was the pre bagged nuts. A waste of money.
They have the best service ever. This has become my store to go to, especially for fruits and veggies
