Possibly one of my favourite boozers ever. Great selection of class ales and lagers, great staff and decent outside space. They respect and are 100% compliant with COVID regs.

Unfortunately I feel the need to share a negative review after a poor experience at this pub. We visited at the start of August for two lager shandies and have ended up paying almost £25 after originally being charged incorrectly. We were told we had to pay the correct amount £9.60 and that the £15 would be refunded; it’s now been well over a month and we have still not received that refund. We have contacted the pub several times to resolve the issue but to no avail so have resigned ourselves to the fact we paid an extortionate amount of money for two shandies and will not be visiting again! It’s a real shame as it’s the most local pub to us and we would have liked to support them.

The staff here brilliant. I am here while my wife is Bristol hospital and the food and service is top notch. Highly recommended

We had an excellent experience in this restaurant. We enjoyed the wonderful environment and the food. The staff were very welcoming. I’m content we eventually managed to visit this place.

Lovely large pub with excellent Sunday roasts. Had a relaxed meal with friends. Lots of space and great service.
